Wedding Packages
1) DANCING THE NIGHT AWAY- $600
Reception ONLY (accomodates 50-150 guests) - Includes 3 hours at reception, LOVE STORY introduction at first dance, all sound equipment you will need plus 2 wireless microphones, 2 consultations, 4 playlists of music tailored to your wedding, travel fees***.
DJ Packages
2) I DO- $800
Ceremony + Reception (accomodates 50-150 guests)- Includes 3 hours at reception, all sound equipment, LOVE STORY introduction to first dance, 2 consultations, 6 playlists of music tailored to your wedding, travel fees***.
Director and Coordinator Services
3) Wedding Bells- $500
Director Services ONLY!- One Consultation, Direct Rehearsal (one hour), and direct Ceremony and Reception (4 hours).
4) Going to the Chapel- $1500
Day of Coordinator Services- Coordinate ALL vendors, PDF Schedules for you and for all vendors, 2 consultations, Rehearsal Day coordination (Max of 2 hours), Day of Coordinator (Max of 6 Hours) (Also includes helping set up venue.)
DJ and Director Services
5) Forever After- $2750
COORDINATE,DIRECT AND DJ BOTH Ceremony + Reception (accomodates 100-250 guests)- This is the all inclusive package....let Hannah do it all including coordinating and directing your wedding! Coordinate ALL vendors, make PDF Schedules for you and all vendors!
Rehearsal directing included. Day of Coordination (6 hours), including helping set up the venue the day of your wedding!
DJ 4 hours at reception, all sound equipment, 6 playlists of music, 2 consultations, travel fees, LOVE STORY First Dance Introduction, LOVE STORY CD.
** If balance is not paid on wedding day PRIOR TO SERVICES RENDERED, a $300 late fee will be added

***A minimum of $200 travel fee will be added for any venues outside of a 50 mile radius from Kingsport, TN.**

**To reserve your date, a non-refundable $100 deposit will be required. The balance of your package will then be due on your wedding day. Any other specialty CDs made for ceremony/reception are also $25 each CD**
Extra Hours
Need more than the 3 hours included in the first two packages? It's $150/hour. Maximum of only 2 additional hours may be included.

When you add my directing or coordinating services to one of my DJ packages, you save money. Add only an extra $200 if you need a ceremony director! Need a Day of Coordinator? That's only an extra $500! These "extras" can be added only to the "Dancing the Night Away" and "I Do" Wedding Packages.
